Service
Market Connector provides marketplace listing, AI content generation, image workflow, eBay publishing, export, inventory, GST, shipping, CRM and Telegram listing tools. Features may change as the product improves.
User responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and marketplace compliance of your listings.
- You must review AI-generated content before publishing or exporting.
- You must not use the service for prohibited, fraudulent or illegal products or activity.
- You are responsible for maintaining marketplace account access and compliance with marketplace rules.
AI and marketplace actions
AI suggestions are assistance only. Seller remains the source of truth. Live marketplace actions should be reviewed carefully before confirmation.
Subscriptions and billing
Self-service plans are Starter at ₹2,999/month and Growth at ₹4,999/month. Eligible new accounts receive one 14-day free trial with a verified autopay mandate. The displayed monthly charge begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel first in Plan & Billing. Razorpay may temporarily debit ₹5 for payment-method verification and automatically refund it; this is not a MarketConnector service fee. Included usage limits apply during the trial and each billing cycle. No wallet recharge or automatic overage charges are offered. At a limit, upgrade, wait for renewal or contact us for custom capacity. Custom plans and services require an agreed scope and price. Existing customer agreements remain in effect unless changed with agreement. Access may be limited for non-payment, misuse or security risk.
Limitations
Market Connector is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee marketplace approval, search ranking, sales, revenue, uninterrupted access or third-party platform availability.
